We all want our body and mind to always remain healthy. But this is not easy in the daily hustle and bustle of our life and our busy lifestyle. I myself have often been troubled due to fatigue and irregular lifestyle. But adopting some small habits can change our life to a great extent.


1. Follow a proper and balanced diet

The most important thing for a healthy life is eating the right food. I have personally realized that when I eat nutritious food, my body feels more energetic.

  • Fruits and Vegetables: Eat at least 5-6 types of vegetables and fruits daily.
  • Protein: Eggs, pulses, peanuts, and soy protein are essential for your muscles and immunity.
  • Avoid fast food: Junk food only harms the body.
